Well here it is November 22 .. at 1:50 A for me .. an I am wide awake ... hmmm good and not good .. yeppers ... lol
Bill did get home last nite .. and I do so hope Billy will be here safely tomorrow .. Saturday that is .. lol Billy is Cindys son .. our grand-son ..
We are having our Thanksgiving this weekend .. cause Bill is home this weekend an will be back on the road again next weekend .. lol hmmmm And I am grateful that Grandpa & Grandson will have a couple of days together .. its been a long time for them ...
Billy is stationed at Ft. Stewart, GA .. or I think that is the name of it.. not sure. I think for about 2 yrs? of which we know that can change; but for now we think 2 yrs so we will get to see alot more of him.
And Bill is in that area so hopefully they will be able to see each other even more .. that will be sooo nice.
And IF yes IF things go correctly hopefully we will be going to OKie to be with family come Christmas. Alot depends on whether Billy will be given leave for it. And of course right now we do not know how much leave he might end up with. But it will be nice for him to spend Christmas Eve / Christmas day with family .. especially with his mom .. that will be really nice an we are hoping that if all goes well Bill just miteeeeeee be able to get a load that sends him thru there an he is able to stop for a day + to see them all also.
It would be great to have the family together like that for a day or 2 or more .. lol That could be part of why I can not sleep well right now .. I know Billy is coming in for the weekend an its great!!!!!!! Can't wait!!!
I have made another fun fur cap for Tina .. an attempted a new patt that I have decided now that it is made I do NOT like it ... think I did something wrong .. I will try again with a larger hook an also sewing it together differently. rite now the way it looks is the baby would have to have a very long thin head for it ... lol I will take a pic later an post it .. an you will see then what I am saying .. man it looks odd to me .. lolol hmmmmm
I have found different sizes (oz) of the fun fur an decided I will attempt to buy most from now on at Hobby Lobby .. for our area :: 3 oz is 6.99 at Hobby ... can't think of the name of it ... A.C. Moore is 4.98 for almost half that amount ... an Martha Stewart is .88 for 3.89 at JoAnns ... so the best buy for me is Hobby Lobby ...
anywayssssssss ..... I just enjoy working with it. And have had fun making the hats with it. Oh an I found like a Christmas Green of Fun Fur at Hobby Lobby; no one else seems to carry that color in any size that I have found yet.
