Hello Yes we know the area. not the best Once was high end homes but no falling apart with crime and elderly . Avoid the area. Portland is so big you can avoid many area and live there for years. Woodstock has allot of medical ,older homes, and small industrial mixed together. Aged and new low income. Alberta in north just 10 years ago was to be avoided with fear of your life. Today it has become a real art area with revitalized industry .

My little cousin was under the impression that it was a good neighborhood. Poor kid. Loves it there, but still trying to figure things out. That "bad" guy tried to steal his car, but didn't know how to drive a stick. Stoled his glasses too, now he has to go get new ones. I feel so bad for him and his girlfriend. I hope they don't give up out there because of this.

He hasn't had that job too long. He was so excited when they hired him! I did email your post about which places to stay out of! Thanks again!
