Hi auntbe - good to see you on. Been a long time. Altho I haven't posted much lately either.
Brooke - I looked at the latest posting on your blog for the clay soldiers. We made these in our craft group at church a few years back - did all various sizes - and they were a big seller. We had I think 4 left over from the sale, and they got packed away and we found them this past year - put them out and they were sold very quickly. They make up fast and they are cute. TFS

Hi ginny Thanks so much. We love our great big one. There was also a beautiful door candle made out of dead floresant light tubes .You use a coffe can on the bottom set the tubes inside all touching then drop colored lights down the center with the plug coming out a hole in the coffe can, another can on the top and a christmas tree candy jar top as the candle flame. . You do not happen to have the full instructions for this one do you ?? Brooke

Good morning all. I have been MIA the past month and I just wanted to say it's good to be back. I've had some health issues (hernia) and have been forced to give up my job at the ranch and so I've been sitting around, fighting with doctors (they want to operate, I don't), watching TV (boring) and trying to figure out what to do next. I've had a pacemaker since I was 28 and I thought that was the worst of it. So, now, I've got all kinds of free time on my hands and I'm about ready to go batty! Today I'm going to make my doggies some homemade treats I found recipes for on the internet. They love their treats and store bought treats are too expensive. Hey, maybe I'll open a doggy bakery?! lol. Hope everyone has a fun and safe weekend. Cindy

Hi Cindy Glad to see you back. I had to quit work after many health issues and it takes a good year or so before you get used to it. Made dog treats and sold them to the neighborhood. Fixed computers for firnds, gave garden tours ,sold plants from the garden, have a few garage sales a year. Hunt garage sales and sell on ebay and etsy. Craft and sell on etsy. Hold a craft sale in the house with friends and family and invite the public. Sell antiques once a year at the big expo show. Lots of things to make money without to much effort. hope your feeling better today and please show us photos of the dog treats. I think some of my recipes are posted in the pet section the best seller was the peanutbutter and oatmeal recipe. Hope you all have a great day
