Good Morning Ladies..Hope everyone is doing great this morning especially you Brooke.. that tracker thing don't sound like much fun but I hope that it will help you. I have about an hour left of work and wasn't a hard one at all.. I think I got to play cityville for about three hours and chatting to tmarie....not much on my plan today except for got to bathe the grand fur baby, and then check on my city and collect my goods.. (yes folks I have a addiction to cityville) and if you haven't tried it you may want to take a look at it on facebook, but beware that it is very addicting..I've had folks tell me that while I'm working on my weight control that I woud find an addiction to replace my food intake and I have (cityville), I'm just glad that I'm not in denial.. lol
so I have been sent invitation to farmville and I'm afraid to start on that one for the the fear I may never get to sleep again...

Good morning Rooster and all who follow.
Face book and i don't click well.
I keep picking up computer bugs there so I try to stay off.
Yup traction helps. I have just never heard of the home version before. 35 years ago i used the one at the hospital but this very close to the same thing they called the rack.
Today i am still working on cards for Christmas and finished yup some digi work.
I have an old friend I need to catch up they last 20 years with and then nothing planned.
