I have seen this several places on the web. Split Coast stampers was one of the sites.
I had to try it and was very surprised at how nice it looked.
It is easy enough that kids that are 5 or 6 could do most of it.
It is a paper towel cut into one inch pieces and painted--then glued to a piece of red paper, I used red mulberry paper and then I glittered the ends of 3 cotton swabs (cut in half) and added green mulberry paper leaves.
I added a magnet and made it for the fridge.
