I had found a swap on another board for words of encouragement for weight watchers along with three weight watchers recipes, and I came around this saying and thought I would share to all my weight watchers out there..... have been thinking of you RO, and what to say keep up the good work, but I think I'm hitting a plateau so will have to get out there and do a few more exercises, so here is my inspiration to all...
The rest of the world lives to eat, while I eat to live....
I'm going to try and use that phrase and make some kind of magnet for the fridge. or a corner bookmarker...what do you all think..

I think it's a good idea for a nice magnet and put on fridge to see all the time. What are the recipes Red that you found, I am alway's looking for new one to try. I do have a nice dip recipe that uses all no fat and it's with cream cheese, sour cream, shrimp, pepper's, onion and thingytail sauce (that is the most fattening of the whole recipe) and then topped with FF cheese. Use a tortilla chip for eating. I remember my grandmother wore a size 52 dress and made up her mind for a wedding to get to size 14 and she did it with lot's of walking and watching what she ate, she kept that weight off the rest of her life. We all hit a plateau, been there. Just stick to it and it will come off again, drink LOT'S of water.

okay Red it is under recipes ... and I also posted a few different ways we do make it .. these do take time in making so if your gonna make for a gathering .. do make them in advance .. ok .. and they are Freezeable ... lolol Sometimes Bill an I will make a big big batch on the weekend an freeze it after both doing the meatballs before an after the Tomato juice .. and I normally make them like the size of a quarter ... for the bite-size ones .. we have made them regular size but not often as we do not relly like them that way .. lololol But I have also made a meatloaf outta them too .. yummmmm ... lololol Also the Special K Loaf ... I make them in the mini muffin pans and they go over really great too ... and I have also altered that to my way an have used different Cereals not just the Special K. I know people of taken them for dessert muffins .. lolol but I love them .. and love especially my own changes to them ...

I know Becca and the kids love them sooo much that when I do get up there we make them and freeze them ... I take my Food Saver with me so that we can freeze them to last longer .. love the food saver ... lololol

the special K loaf is listed under MEAT DISHES .... just so ya know .. this is another one that the family lovessssssss ... lolol these are also freezeable .. but if you use the food saver to freeze with .. then first put the muffins in the freezer to harden them then put them in the food save baggies ... ok .. other wise they get outta shape .. lololol seeeeeee yaaaaa
