Breakfast will be:
Protein strawberry shake
Lunch:
4 ounces of taco meat topped with 1 ounce of cheddar cheese and some alot of lettuce with couple of grape tomatoes
snack: 1 cream cheese clouds
CREAM CHEESE CLOUDS 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 1/2-3/4 cup granular Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda * 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or other flavoring
Beat everything with an electric mixer until fluffy. Drop by bite-size spoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze until firm, at least 1 hour. Store in the freezer and eat frozen.
Makes 24 clouds
Dinner:
flounder with small side salad

thanks for posting your menu's vikie..its alway helps to see what people are eating,,maybe I will post mine too,,mine have alot more carbs then your tho..but they are good carbs;-))

8 0z water w/Vinegar & honey water Breakfast old fashion oat meal 1severing 2 tst honey less the 1/4 cup of whole milk 1tst cinnamon flax seed
English muff with tiny bit of butter,,and honey
1/2 nana and Kiwi 2 cups Coffee with sm amount milk and 3 tsb sugar each cup..lol yea i know eyes bad..we cant give it up all at once ya know give me a break..lol
16 oz water 8 0z water w/Vinegar & honey water Lunch Turkey sand /Oatbran bread-No mayo Lettuce and Tomatoes pepper.. no salt;-( kiwi and 2 strawbery's 1/4 mixed nuts/no salt
snack 1/2 cup of snack mix 1/2 nana
8 0z water w/Vinegar & honey water Dinner Taco salad with 2 Tbs of meat 1 tbs reg cheese 1tst sour cream 2 tbs salsa 1/4 cup black beans 2 corn wraps just heated with /no oil
john gets 4 taco loaded with meat cheese salas and sour cream,, no lettuce,,lol I get lots of lettuce.....lol I used reg taco sauce in the package,but only a small amount of this stuff it is loaded with salt.i have used it twice now and some in the package but dang it,,it sure taste good doesnt.lol
and salsa has alot of salt too,,but if i watch it and just used no more then 2 Tbs i will be ok.i hope..lol and i just cant eat that diet stuff,,would rather just cut back on the good stuff,,lol

I'm eating more then I did before,,,I never ate BK,,and if I ate a late lunch I didnt eat dinner,,lol....but loaded up on salt,,where ever I could find it,,like chips and dip,,lol
after 3 days of eating my oatmeal and the Vinegar water i sure dont need the miralax pills..lol.. I have always though fat is just backed up ya know what,,,,,,,,,lol
now that I have cut back on my salt intake I can really tatse the salt ,,My feet have gone way down and if they do swell up it is later at night and from sitting to much during the day,,
i still need to drink alittle more water.but i have also not drank any coke either,,and havent been trying to cut them out,,just worked out that way so far....lol

T, can I suggest you skip the english muffin at breakfast, if your eating the oatmeal and your nana and kiwi you really don't need that english do ya? that is to many carb's for one meal and can you cut down on the sugar like to 2 tsp per cup?? also the coffee will not help in the weight loss process, I am allowed only one cup!!!!

oh ro ya want to take away my coffee and sugar too?,,,,,,,what the point of liing if they take away everything..lol,,,,I know the white sugar is bad,,and will try and cut back soon,,and for coffee ,,I dont know about that,,thats almost giving up smokes,,lol and I do loves english muff,,but I either read it somewhere are saw it,,but there was a reason why I was eating them,,but dont remeber why are what now,,,,,,lol

Your to funny!!! I have to tell you my grandmother once wore a size 52 dress, she loved to eat and she made up her mind that she was going to get down to a size 14 by the time she was going to this wedding, well she did it, and she really cut out the thing's she loved. She was a wonderful cook, and she would cook big Italian meal's, pie's, everything and no matter what she stuck to her diet even with all this food and cooking, but one thing that helped was she was able to walk, not good at first but she worked her way up and she kept that weight off for the rest of her life and she lived to be almost 90. So you can do it, one step at a time, you doing good real good TMarie and the rest of you dieter's. Keep up the good work!!!!

really i'm trying ro..not to be funny but to me good ..if you notice where i put honey with my oatmeal,,I was and have always used white sugar,,,,lol,,,andI didnt used jam on my muff,,,,lol. not sure what honey would like like in my coffee..but give me timeand I will cut back on my sugar in that as well,but dont see myself giving the coffee up,no way in hell,,,,,lol
ha and late last nite I could have killed for a bag of cookie and I smoke,,lol but Iwas strong and didnt harm anyone.......lol
