Well, Ladies ... its been almost a WHOLE YEAR since any of us has posted here .... hmmmmmmmmm not good .. lololol

Well I finally weighted myself the other day
Wednesday??? and I am now at a weight of 187 .... I haven't actually changed much of anything except that I eat when I want ... I eat what I want ... and 90% of the time there is NO cravings or hunger pains or munchies ..
I have learned when this happens then I am LOW on something .. hmmmm
I have gotten to where I eat sorta the equivilant of a half sandwich about every 3 hours ... but with my Veggies Soup that I either will eat or puree an drink I do keep the majority of the munchies away ... I do have my 3-4 cups of coffee daily ... sometimes with flavored creamers ... but that is maybe 3 cups a week that way ..
I eat : boiled eggs ... fried eggs (lay on paper towel dry off extra oil) ... poached eggs ... Bread : white ...wheat depends on mood .. tortillas : corn or flower .... biscuits : average about 5 a month ... love the grands mainly ... lolol Oatmeal ... or Cream O Wheat ... Cherrios : with 2% Milk or Dry ... Raisin Bran ... Special K ... these are the main ones I eat ... lolol
Lunches are mainly my soup ... sometimes I will have a half sandwich : 1 slice bread ... a couple slices of meat : ham - bologna - hot dogs ... I still eat my chips but very seldom ... prefer the hot chips or have chips an salsa .. lolol
Supper ::: Baked - boiled - fried chicken .. mostly will attempt some kind of stir fry with it .. add bells - broccoli - cauliflour - peas - corn ... Chuck roast .... steak (1 or 2 a month) - Ground chuck : meatloaf - hamburger patties - meatballs - chili (with or without beans : depends on mood)
Drinks : mainly water :: 8 + glasses daily ( I have to have atleast 8 - 8 ozs daily ) 3-4 coffe daily ... about once a month I will have my sodas ::: Dr. Pepper - Cream Soda - RC - Pepsi - are pretty much the main ones when I do have a soda ... about 3 times a year I will bring a 12 of DP home .. but not much cause if I want one then I could drink 1 - 3 that day ... not good .. lololol
Snacks are anythings ::: ... lolol ::: Ice Cream: NO CHOCOLATE ... lolol - Candy (preferably chocolate of some kind: but only the Milk choco .. NO DARK for me .. yuckieeeeeeeeee ....... Chips ... cookies : vanilla - lemon - oreos: (these are the main ones I will buy) ... Crackers .. like most of them .. crackers an cheese yummm .... lolol
I have just started drinking CRYSTAL LITE .. its pretty good .. lolol
I like most Juices : my average intake equals maybe about 8 oz about 7 times a month ... Juices are a weakness of mine and does not go good with Diabeties ... wahhhhhhhhh you'd be surprised at the amount of sugar / carbs in juice ... also sodium ... hmmmmm grrrrrrr ... lolol
anyways that is basically the run down of what I do eat depending on combinations it depends on the amount of carb / sodium intake I do have. but I do mainly have my soup once a day at least .. either alone or pureed an with a half sandwich ...
Sometimes I will bake chicken an then make a chicken spread with it.
but like if all of a sudden I start craving my bananas with chips or french fries .. I am low on potasium???
I do alot of my own cooking cause of the carbs / sugar / salt intake I am allowed ..
I do some cooking that I can then freeze, I reallyyyyyyyyyy love my Food Saver for that ... lololol
But I have found the one thing with me .. my system .. I do not allow it to not have what it wants ... hmmmmm
oh and bell peppers - occasional celery stalks (mainly the celery flakes) onions perfer the yellow ones... garlic love my garlic ... I do try to use mainly fresh onion / garlic .. otherwise I use my powders .. NOT THE GARLIC SALT OR ONION SALT ... POWDERS only ...
I have gotten to where I do eat quiet a bit of the MEATLESS MEATBALLS ... AND THE SPECIAL K LOAF ... (ONLY I add more of my own spices to them cause I do love my spices yummmm) .. lololol
ok I think I am done ... lolololol
but this is what has helped me alot, an if I do my soup it tends to knock out the munchies and cravings which I like a super lot ... lolol
I have gotten to where I am walking more .. getting up off my buttocks more ... an doing dancing with the radio .. or cd's .. lololol
I am grateful that since last year I have gone from 225 lbs to 187 lbs ... I have a LOW metabalism ?? so I have to try to move more !!!
I just recently started doing my own hot wings .. dang those are yummy to meeee .. lololol I use the Cajun spice with extra garlic / onion powder .. put the chicken in a ziplock with the spices shake up reallll good (make sure they are coated well ) an then bake at 350 for like and hour an 15 minutes .. love that .. lolololol and yes I do use Ranch Style Dressing for dipping with them ... lololol
