Yes. I have always tried to plant it in the spring and I never had good luck, so this year I did winter sowing and it came up very nice.

I have never had much luck with larkspur or lupines.

same here, so next year I will try lupines in my winter sowing. There is a house on the road I travel most days, that has a beautiful stand of lupines-hope I can have a few next year.
