your cards are always so well done. I am new to card making, new to computer also. So here is a really basic question. When you find an imagine, picture you like and want to put or make a card with, what steps are used? Thanks, from the novice char143

your cards are always so well done. I am new to card making, new to computer also. So here is a really basic question. When you find an imagine, picture you like and want to put or make a card with, what steps are used? Thanks, from the novice char143 Hi Char... will try to answer your question. When I find my image I first look at the colors in the image that I want to pull out or that will match with some of the papers that I have... next I try to keep in mind the time frame of the image and use matching patterns in my background paper. My embellishments are also geared to the image... So, it just depends on the image you use... try to carry out the idea used in the image... I also try to keep the "Rule of three" in mind. Odd numbers of things on the card give it more interest... 3 paper colors, 3 embellishments etc... I also like to place my image/embellishments "off center" for more interest.... Hope this has helped... God bless Nyoka
