I got up the other Morning and open up a new can of coffee and I look at that platic foil looking thing that they seal it with and go hey wonder if I can emboss this,,lol,,
well it did ,but it didnt look that great,,so I used the die cut and made a flower with it,,lol,,and so later on came up with another plan,,lol and used reg foil that we all keep around the house and I embossed that,,looked really nice but it didnt hold up well sooooooo,,I then glues it to card stock and then emboss it,,look great!! nice and shinny,,,,,,,,lol

OK Auntb (oh I'm sorry - GOD) I have never embossed anything so do you have some kind of thingy that is the same size as your card that you press on the foil OR do you have a small tool like thingy that you just randomly press on the paper till the area is completely embossed? I want to try something different with my cards - whenever we get back home - and this looked really nice. Good job and how creative of you.

Ginny over on Hgtv I posted some pic of what the folders look like ..which is what we are using to embossed the paper,and also how to emboss the envelopes..and if you want to emboss your paper bigger then what the folder is,,just slide your folder in the long ways and put you paper in and just hank it so far so not to go over what you have already emoboss,,? hope that make sence,lol anyways here is the link to hgtv thread
