You all know how busy I am and practically working full time. Now I am unwell too! So sorry I have not been around lately. Brooke, the board looks magic - I love it. Hope you are lots better my friend. Hope everyone is doing fine. Need to get myself well as will be looking after son's puppy all Christmas and she is into everything. She needs watching all the time. She is very sweet though, and I'll post some pics some time of her. Hope to get the chance to look around and catch up. tmarie, I got the Ribbon and thank you so very much for sending it all. I am sure I'll have great fun with it.

Good Morning,
Jen, I hope you get to feeling better.
Well yesterday our little Pedreaux (puppy) noticed a cute stuff snowman ornament on the bottom of my tree. Yes, he went right over and got it. I told him NO! he put it down. I put it back on the tree. He has not touched it he just looks at it.
I have been locked up in the house so long. So its going to be a nice day today. I told the boys I would drive them to Game Stop this morning.
I think I will start some of my baking Monday morning.
Have a wonderful day all.
hugs Gwen

Good morning from the Detroit area-Can you say SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW- All schools and lots of business closed. It is suppose to continue all day. It is a good thing though. I can stay home and work on the house and get it ready for when the family comes for Christmas. I will spend a little while hanging ornaments that my cats have removed. They are nine years old and never removed ornies before, this year every morning I find another at the foot of the stairs-like they are bringing me kittens to show me-funny cats. Stay warm and safe everyone Connie

Good morning everyone. Since we don't have any pets now, I miss some of the "cute" things they use to do, especially this time of the year. One year we had the tree in front of the picture window, well, we also had a chocolate lab and he seemed to think he had ownership on that particular spot. We all would go off to work/school. Our oldest son got home first, and every day he would find the tree the tree tipped and leaning against the wall. Every day he would upright the tree, pick up the balls. Never said anything. Finally our neighbor across the street told me that every day they would look across at our house, comment that the tree was standing and then see how long it remained. Usually within the hour our dog Java would be looking out the window - no sign of the tree. After I heard this, we moved the tree to the corner of the room. Our cat was pretty good about the tree but the dog was a terror. Miss the pets.

Good morning all, just got in from exercise class, and thought would check the board before getting down ot some chores. We are in a state of emergency as of 6 minutes ago, expected snowfall to be in the area of 14 inches, not looking forward to this, but I know other area's have been hit hard and long before us. Hubby got called into work early, so hopefully he will be out early before all the snow hit's. We have enough food for us and the animal's in so guess we will be okay, well unless we lose power then we don't eat. Can't get out as the garage door's are power, can't walk to the store to far, so hopeing that that don't go out. Nice to see you Jen been awhile, sorry your not feeling well, hope you will very soon. Well my son just put up a 7ft tree night before last and his younger huskie knocked it over last evening, only has the light's on it so far, guess she got the word, as when I went over she was just sitting there looking very sad, and usually she is jumping all over me. Have a great day all and be safe. Roberta

Good am everyone. Nice to see you Jen hope you getting feeling better soon. We have 10 inches coming in and all schools are closed for the black ice. Can not move even with chains in some areas. Even the beach snowed down. We have a cat who eats the tree. We tie tiny brass bells all over the tree so we know when she has pulled on it. I started with the bells 20 years ago with our Siamese. She would steal an ornnie take it to the fireplace then bat it into the fire. If it did not break she would go inside then try again. She caught her tail on fire 6 times doing that. We tried wooden ornaments but her solution was to shimmy up the middle of the tree and howl until Christmas was over. Merry morning all.
